SCI is always looking for quality individuals to strengthen their team! Successful candidates must be team oriented, dependable, work well under pressure, able to diffuse intense debtor situations, and preferably bilingual (Spanish). Excellent telephone and customer service skills are required. Past customer service experience is a great plus.

Not familiar with the industry? Not a problem! SCI employs an extensive training program that ensures each collector is knowledgeable and prepared. If you are interested, we also sponsor certifications as official FDCPA Collectors. This is a coveted status for people in the industry.

Other preferred skills include:

1. Light typing (15-20 wpm)
2. 10-key
3. Basic Computer skills
