| Day 1 |
Accounts loaded in SARMA Collections, Inc. system (or rolled into
bad debt from the early out program). First collection letter is generated;
Automated skip trace process begins.

| Day 7 |
Return mail accounts with no phone numbers are moved to skip trace
desk for location efforts.

| Day 15 |
Outbound telephone attempts start and continue on an ongoing basis.

| Day 30 |
Second collection letter is generated on accounts where there has
been no payment and no other disposition obtained during the first
30-days (other dispositions can include notification of third party
payor information, payment arrangements made, promise to pay obtained,
etc.).

| Ongoing |
Outbound telephone attempts, investigation of any third party payor
information provided to us by the debtor, partial payment accounts monitored
until full resolution. Depending on balance of account, up to three additional
collection letters to resolve account. |
