Payment Monitoring

How much time and money do you have to spend monitoring your customers payment arrangements? Keep your administrative costs down by outsourcing accounts that require monthly follow-up and payment posting. SARMA's Payment Monitoring Plan allows your staff to better concentrate on current receivables.

The Payment Monitoring Process

Bilingual letters are used to inform the guarantor that the account activity will now be monitored by SARMA. The letter provides them with detailed account information as well as contact names and toll free numbers for the SARMA business office.

Payment coupon books are provided along with pre-addressed envelopes to assist the guarantor in keeping their payment agreement.

Upon default, reminder letters and phone calls are generated to get the account holder back on track and prevent the account from going to collections.

Account information is not reported to consumer credit reporting agencies during the payment monitoring process.
